We have many years of experience in profiling sheet metal parts. Many times, customers have convinced us that there are no limits to imagination.

Brake press machine

We bend sheet metal on a CNC press machine in a maximum length of 2050 mm. The range of workable thickness of bent material (0.3 - 10 mm) depends on the length of the bended area and the type of material of the bent part. The machine is equipped with many WILLA forming tools.

Rounded shapes can be profiled on the rounding machine developed by us, or after the customer's approval we will remodel them into segmental elements.

Pressing, riveting, soldering

We provide an installation of press/rivet/weld elements, such as nuts, bolts, setting posts, etc. We keep these elements in stock.

We solder galvanized sheets with special solders.

Construction services

We use state-of-the-art software to model parts of various sizes - from simple components to complex assemblies. The development can be based entirely from scratch, or as a superstructure of an already finished product (e.g. when receiving files in STEP or PARASOLID data format).

Various external physical influences can then be simulated on the parts/assemblies. Thanks to Apple AR augmented reality technology, the final product can be visualized in space at a scale of 1:1, including the final surface finish/material structure.
